Dear Sir / Madam,

Across the globe Sikhs are celebrating the 550th anniversary of the birth of its first teacher Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The Peterborough Sikhs too will be marking the occasion with a number of community cohesion events running from October and throughout November 2019.

We would like to invite you to attend one of the conferences being held on 26th October 2019 and 23rd November 2019. The aim of these conferences will be to work on ways to increase community integration & cohesion in Peterborough and surrounding areas.
This will be a distinct opportunity for people of all walks of life to know of Guru Nanak’s teachings of equality, tolerance, caring & sharing and above all understanding each other more. This would be an opportunity for networking and working together jointly in the future.
The attached invitation provides further details and I hope you will be able to join us.
